My Work

I am an ACA registered counsellor. My professional background includes over 10 years working in advocacy and support roles alongside people affected by trauma, displacement, violence and other complex life circumstances.

In my counselling space, I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, and the lasting impacts of difficult or adverse experiences. I have a particular interest in trauma and PTSD, as well as supporting people working in high-pressure environments, including crisis and emergency response roles, and people with significant caring responsibilities.

Current role

Alongside private practice, I work at Foundation House, providing counselling to people from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds. This is work I’m passionate about and has shaped my approach to supporting people who have experienced significant adversity and its impact on their sense of safety, identity and wellbeing.

Clinical interests

I draw on evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s experiences, strengths and goals. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood and supported to create a more meaningful life, what ever that looks like for you.

Who I Support

I work with adults and young people from all walks of life.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, struggling with stress or burnout, processing difficult experiences, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, therapy can provide a place to pause, reflect, and move forward.

I provide counselling exclusively online, offering flexible and accessible support wherever you are.
